Service Description

We’re excited to offer our ranch as a photo location for photographers to capture your most precious memories. With our green pastures, rustic barns, beautiful oak trees, picturesque chicken coop, little duck lake, wooden porches, rustic picnic tables and benches, and stunning views of our animals, our farm offers many scenic photography options. There is beauty to be found everywhere the ranch. Animals that are usually available but are subject to change and are not guaranteed to be available: Baby cows, chickens, goats, alpacas, sheep, miniature donkeys, miniature horses, ducks, and rabbits. IMPORTANT INFO Photography Session Rates Regular one (1) Family per 1 hr $225 ~ for up to 1 hour (1 family) you must book additional hours for additional families and no mini session. Mini Sessions Photographers will ensure clients will wait in parking area until their session begins and clients must leave when their session concludes. $300 ~ per 1.5 hours Mini Sessions $575 ~ per 3 hours Mini Sessions Contact us when you have your total head count. . We’ll happily reschedule photo sessions for inclement weather. Payment is required to hold your date and time. Payments are non-refundable but date changes are allowed. WARNING Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Bookings are transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time if you contact us directly via email Eastsideacresranch@gmail.com prior to your booked arrival time. Weather We will be happy to reschedule the photo session due to inclement weather/Rain. Other We may use images and videos of you, taken during your visit for advertising and promotional purposes. You must let us know ahead of your visit if you do not give permission for us to do so.
