Private Farm Visit (up to 8 people)

Service Description

Have the ranch all to yourself! The private tour price is $250 for groups of 1 to 8 people for 1 hour. Additional guests $20 per person. Please email us with a total guests count. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time, with the remaining balance due at the time of your tour. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your tour, we can apply your deposit to the new date as long as you email us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Tours can be scheduled (per availability) by emailing eastsideacresranch@gmail.com Please provide the following information in your email: Your Name Number of guests in your group Date/Time Request: Available times 4:30PM or 5:30PM (day light permitting) List any questions you may have. $250 fee is per group not per person (up to 8 guests) Experience the charm of Eastside Acres Ranch with our self-guided and hands-on Private Farm visit! Capture memories with photo opportunities. We have a farm store with farm merchandise, snacks and drinks. Includes parking, access to farm animals, photo op areas and animal treats are provided. Cancellation Policy

All payments are non refundable. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your visit time. *Admissions are non-refundable. Only date changes can be made. To change your ticket date please email us eastsideacresranch@gmail.com Weather We will not cancel tours due to Rain, unless in the very unlikely event that we deem it unsafe or unreasonable to be exposed to the weather. We will contact you if we must cancel a tour and we will offer a different tour date. Photos taken at the ranch, photos of ranch activities and of attendees may be used on Eastside Acres social media. Purchase of admission signifies your consent.
